This project involved consulting with a real client to create a social media campaign for them, including a competitor analysis, campaign calendar and posts that could be used across 3 social media platforms.
The client, the Immigration Advice and Rights Centre (IARC), wanted to focus on LinkedIn, Instagram and were open to expanding their presence on YouTube. I created a fundraising campaign that was to be run in the lead up to the end of the financial year, when people would be looking to finding ways to increase their tax return and as contributing to charitable causes is one such way, this seemed like a perfect fit.
Using their Narrative Graphic as a starting point, I created numerous borders and backgrounds in addition to various illustrations in Illustrator. IARC primarily use Canva to create content, so I used it to make introductory LinkedIn and YouTube videos for them, as well as an Instagram template containing all of the assets I’d made for them.
In the end, they decided not to use my work, but I appreciate the experience and have learnt a great deal about working with clients.
